Yoga & Meditation Classes
Tracey teaches a gently nourishing fusion of yoga flow, medition, mudras, mantras, breath, and more. Her unique style weaves together many different lineages and is the culmination of decades of yoga study.
Monthly drop-in yoga classes occur on the first Sunday of every month, 3:00-4:15pm. You can attend in-person at the Englewood location of Guided by Humanity or by Zoom if you aren’t in Denver.

Annual International Retreats
Avalon: The Priestess Path, May 24-30 2027
We are inviting a small group of women to join us in Glastonbury, UK in May, 2027 for a week-long pilgrimage of yoga, meditation, ritual, sisterhood, and deep remembering.
The mystical land of Avalon, the isle of apples and priestesses, is interwoven with the town of Glastonbury. Together, the two create a place where magic is real, the Goddess is alive, and mythology intermingles with everyday life. It is a place where you can visit sites that have been sacred for thousands of years, be blessed by the holiest of water, and tap into an endless wisdom stream. Quite simply, it is a place unlike any other.
We’ll walk among ancient stones, climb the Glastonbury Tor, wander the gardens and red waters of Chalice Well, and explore the Celtic and Goddess traditions woven into the land. This is more than a retreat— it is an invitation to step outside the ordinary, listen more deeply, and discover what is waiting to be remembered within.
Full Moon Community Gatherings
Let's celebrate the Full Moon! We'll gather in community, create sacred space, and call in the energy of the Full Moon. Each month’s celebration will be unique. Possible modalities include simple ritual and ceremony, sacred crafting, breathwork, guided visualization/meditation, mudras (intentional hand shapes), mantras, sound healing, and/or working with tarot and oracle cards.
No experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
