Yoga & Meditation Classes
Tracey teaches a gently nourishing fusion of yoga flow, medition, mudras, mantras, breath, and more. Her unique style weaves together many different lineages and is the culmination of decades of yoga study.
Monthly drop-in yoga classes occur on the first Sunday of every month, 3:00-4:15pm. You can attend in-person at the Englewood location of Guided by Humanity or by Zoom if you aren’t in Denver.

Join Tracey and her soul-sister Heather Lindemann for a week of deep rest, soulful movement, and grounded reconnection in the lush, living landscape of Costa Rica. Held at the renowned Blue Spirit Retreat Center, this experience is an invitation to turn inward—to remember your roots, realign with your purpose, and listen deeply to the quiet wisdom within.
This retreat is intentionally small in size, creating a warm and comfortable container for meaningful connection—both with others and with yourself. Throughout the week, we’ll explore gentle, embodied practices including slow flow, Yin, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, QiGong, meditation, mantra, mudra, and sacred ritual. All sessions are crafted with care and designed to support all bodies and experience levels.
Together, we’ll honor the cycles of the earth, the story of our becoming, and the call to live with intention. This is a space to slow down, to feel held, and to return to what is essential.
Full Moon Intuitive Journeys
We’ll gather to harness the power of the full moon and practice connecting with our intuitive wisdom. Possible modalities to expect include breathwork, guided visualization and meditation, mudras (intentional hand shapes), mantras, sound healing and working with tarot and oracle cards. No experience with ritual or card reading is necessary. All levels, from beginner to expert, are welcome. Bring your favorite tarot or oracle deck (decks are available for purchase at Polita's) or use one of the loaner decks provided at the event.
